Order Confirmation
After you submit your order, you should receive an email confirmation, within two business days or less. If you do not receive an email confirmation within this time, then it may be that the provided email address was incorrect or we did not receive your order. It may be possible an email filtering system may be blocking the confirmation email from being received. If you do not receive an email confirming your order, please contact us at support@myweddingdayaccessories.com for a status of your order.
Delivery Times and Back-orders
To calculate when an order will arrive, consider the availability of products ordered and the option chosen for shipping. ie: Product Availability + Shipping Time = Delivery Time.
Product availability is the time required to process and prepare the items in your order for shipping. Availability is usually 2 to 5 business days, and can extend further for special order items. You will be notified if items are to be extended longer than a normal wait period. Shipping is the time it takes when leaving our warehouse, to the time it takes to get to the customer. Please add the order time to the shipping time in order to get a good estimation of when the product will reach you. If you have a rush or reason to believe the items won't reach you in time by the method of shipping you chose, please contact us at support@myweddingdayaccessories.com.
Back Order Items
If an item is to be place on backorder and will not be available for shipping in a normal time frame for that item, we will contact you. We will provide you with an estimated time of availability for the item that is back ordered, to ask how you would like us to handle the item and your order.
Shipping And Pricing
My Wedding Day Accessories regularly ships to residential and commercial locations in the United States and Canada. We use UPS to ship all orders. If another carrier is specified or needed we will inform you, other carriers may charge considerably more for their shipping. We try to keep your cost down by using the a lower cost for shipping. If another carrier is needed, we will inform you of the costs of this carrier before we ship. If for some reason you prefer another carrier, you will be informed of the price of shipping before the charge is made to you.
Shipping Restrictions
If you desire to ship outside the United States contact us at support@myweddingdayaccessories.com for a shipping quote and customs charges. Please specify the items, quantities, zip code and address they will be going to. If you do place an order requiring shipping outside the Continental US before obtaining a shipping quote, the order will be placed on hold and no shipping charges will be added until we can reach you and get the information needed. All shipping requirements will be agreed to by MWDA, and the person placing order.
There are orders with specific shipping requirements and restrictions. The items are noted as such. Consider your items when placing your order due these restrictions, such as candles, in the summer months the heat may be to extreme to ship standard ground and will be shipped 2nd day air. Unless otherwise noted, our products that are not back ordered are available for shipping within 2 to 5 business days and ship from HBH Company.
Returns
All items returned must be accompanied by the original shipping slip and a return authorization number. All returns go to our warehouse at; Hortense B. Hewitt Co, 275 Stationery Place, Rexburg, Idaho 83441.
